Full campus management and facility management services were performed for the Charles Town Road office complex in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The office complex featured over 38,000 ft² of meeting space and desktop offices.
The mixed use facility served as base for a number of contracted employees to perform varying office tasks. The facility also featured a small data floor and standby power generation to support a twenty-four hour call center operation.
